We are in-network with Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Moda Health, Majoris (workers' compensation), SAIF, Providence, Kaiser Permanente, PacificSource, Aetna, Cigna, and most major medical plans. Regence BCBS members: if your local hospital doesn't accept Regence, we do. We also bill workers' comp and auto PIP claims directly. Call or text 503-877-4974 and we will verify your benefits.

A: Physical therapy evaluation and treatment can be provided without a referral. Some insurers require a referral within the first 30 days of initial visit. If so, we'll help you get it.
