Staff Physical Therapy (1 Opening)
Job Description:
As a Physical Therapist at Carbon Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover and improve their physical abilities through tailored treatment plans. Responsibilities:
Patient Evaluation and Treatment:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess musculoskeletal conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
Develop PERSONALIZED treatment plans based on clinical assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
Implement a variety of physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and functional training exercises, to address patient needs and optimize outcomes.
Documentation and Billing:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure proper coding and documentation of therapy services for billing and reimbursement purposes, adhering to insurance and regulatory guidelines.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with patients to educate them about their condition, treatment plan, and home exercise program.
Collaborate with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and other members of the Carbon team to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.
Provide timely progress reports and updates to referring providers and other stakeholders involved in the patient's care.
