Staff Physical Therapy (1 Opening)

Job Description:

As a Physical Therapist at Carbon Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover and improve their physical abilities through tailored treatment plans. Responsibilities:

1. Patient Evaluation and Treatment:

   • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess musculoskeletal conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.

   • Develop PERSONALIZED treatment plans based on clinical assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines.

   • Implement a variety of physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and functional training exercises, to address patient needs and optimize outcomes.

2. Documentation and Billing:

   • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

   • Ensure proper coding and documentation of therapy services for billing and reimbursement purposes, adhering to insurance and regulatory guidelines.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

   • Communicate effectively with patients to educate them about their condition, treatment plan, and home exercise program.

   • Collaborate with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and other members of the Carbon team to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.

   • Provide timely progress reports and updates to referring providers and other stakeholders involved in the patient's care.
